"Babymoon" to Las Vegas

Everyone says that it is a must to take one last little vacay before the baby gets here. Our mini trip had to be now before I start back into school. After canceling this trip 3 times (things came up every weekend) we finally got a weekend away.

We left on a Friday, had to leave little MJ with his grandparents lol and oh boy did he get spoiled. I was craving Buffalo Wild Wings and my hubby is such a good guy that he just gives me my pregnant way every time...without question. We met Layne and Jacee in St. George for dinner at BWW. Jackson's mom and sister Kennedi met us as well! Oh boy was it good! I didn't get a pic:(

We stayed with Jackson's mom in st george after Yogurtland that night. We got to Vegas just in time to watch the first NBA Summer League game - Knicks vs Hornets. We grabbed lunch and watched the next couple of games. I can't remember who haha it was just a lot of good ol' basketball. My hubby loved it and made his trip!

We checked in to the hotel at Tuscany Suites, loved it. Our room was so big and nice and it was nice to be off the strip just a tad. We headed to the strip afterward for dinner, the water show at the Bellagio and some gambling. It literally took us an hour to park and I thought I was going to finally see Jackson blow up and lose it haha but somehow he never does. I had zero appetite so we walked and walked until I finally settled for a slice of greasy nast pizza haha. All I wanted was a big fat lemonade. We saw the water show-one of my favorite things. I even sat up on the wall-nobody cares what you do when you're pregnant lol. Jacks took this fun pic of the baby bump during the show.

We headed in to do some gambling at Ceasars. I've been over 21 for almost 3 years and have never gambled. Every time that we've tried I've never had my ID with me haha so Jackson really wanted to show me a good time. However, I was so tired that I made him settle for the slot machines (comfy seats was on my mind). We doubled our $10 and cashed out for the night. I wish I would have taken a pic of my first winnings from gambling ever! I was so excited to win a measly ten dollars lol.

The next morning we ate at a yummy little cafe at our hotel. I ordered chocolate chip pancakes, no judgement please:)! We hit the pool for a couple hours, got cleaned up and headed to the outlets for some shopping. Lots of money spent later, we called everywhere looking for a place to get pedicures. My feet were killing and I wasn't going to stop til I got a pedicure. Needless to say, we were led on a wild goose chase. I finally gave up and Jacks promised we'd go to the one and only Top Nails & Spa in Richfield when we got home-afterall, I haven't had a better pedicure than theirs yet! We had dinner at Maggiano's at the Fashion Show mall. It was so yummy, except that I wasn't hungry and literally had two bites of my dinner :(.

After dinner we went to the V Variety show at Planet Hollywood. It was really good and we loved it! We topped the night off with chocolate covered strawberries and ice cream from the Sugar Factory.

Monday morning we ate at the same cafe at our hotel because I wanted those chocolate chip pancakes yet again so badly. We went to the pool and I probably gave everyone a laugh because it was quite the site seeing a prego lady float in an inner tube, but it felt SO good!! We got cleaned up, checked out and hit a couple more stores on our way out of town. The drive home was dreadful but we were so anxious to see our little pup. I can't imagine how it'll be when we have to leave our kids!!!! But MJ had more fun this weekend than anyone. We got constant pics of his adventures haha -corvette rides, countless sno cones (ice only of course), wheeler rides and naps haha...spoiled to the max!

Time to get ready for this baby!!!!
